  • International Shipping: Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and customs processing. Generally, international shipments take 5 to 20 business days to arrive after dispatch.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

 

At Yaara, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please review our cancellation policy for domestic and international orders to understand your options and how we handle cancellations.

Cancellation Requests:

  • Before Processing: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please note, social media messages (facebook, instagram messages) will not be considered for order cancellations.
  • After Processing: Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to follow our return policy for any items you no longer wish to keep.

Order Cancellations:

         Domestic Orders

      • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as the order may have already been processed and dispatched.
      • If the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

        International Orders

      • International orders can be canceled within 24 hours of order placement for a full refund. Due to the complexities of international shipping, once the order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Abandoned Shipments: Packages abandoned due to non-payment of duties and taxes may not be eligible for a refund.
Handling Sales Tax or GST Refunds

 

  • Refunds on Sales Tax or GST: If you are eligible for a return, the refund will include the sales tax or GST originally paid. For international returns, import duties and taxes are not refundable by Yaara.
Delivery Delays Due to Customs Clearance

 

  • Possible Delays: Customs clearance may delay the delivery of your order beyond our estimated delivery timeframes. Yaara is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
